You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate travel insurance, a valid passport, and any necessary visas. Surfing is an inherently risky activity; you acknowledge and accept these risks. You must follow the instructions of our guides and instructors at all times for your safety.

Surf Agency Morocco is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay that may occur during your trip. We act as an agent for our local partners (surf camps, transport providers), and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
