2. Booking & Payment

By submitting a booking form, you are making a reservation request. A SurfAgencyMorocco representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide payment details. Full payment details and cancellation policies will be provided in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking confirmation. Generally, free cancellation is available up to 30 days before the camp start date unless otherwise stated in your specific booking agreement.

4. Liability

Surfing is a physical activity carrying inherent risks. By participating in our surf camps, you acknowledge these risks. SurfAgencyMorocco provides certified instructors and appropriate safety measures. Participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering surfing activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logo, design) is the property of SURF AGENCY MOROCCO SP Z O O. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.
