2. Bookings and Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be specified at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept payments via bank transfer and other methods as specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations made within a certain period before the trip, additional charges may apply. Please refer to your specific package's cancellation policy.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our guests. This insurance must cover surfing-related injuries, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Proof of insurance must be provided before your trip commences.

5. Liability

Surfing is an inherently risky activity. While we and our partners take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety, Surf Agency Morocco is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your trip.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards our staff, other guests, and the local community. We reserve the right to terminate the trip of any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous, without any refund.

7. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to adhere to the advertised itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will always endeavor to provide a suitable alternative.
